A Three-Day Palace Wedding — Udaipur, Rajasthan

A Three-Day Palace Wedding

01

Concept

Ananya and Rohan wanted a wedding that felt like their families' two worlds — one grounded in Rajasthani tradition, one drawn to quiet European elegance — meeting in one place without either compromising.

02

Planning

Six months out, we mapped every ceremony, chose two palace venues within a short drive of each other, and built a single visual language in ivory, gold, and deep rose that would carry across all nine events.

03

Execution

A dedicated logistics lead ran point on travel and stay for 220 out-of-town guests while our design team installed marigold-and-jasmine mandaps, candlelit lakeside dinners, and a sangeet stage lit for three straight nights.

04

Final Reveal

As the sun set over the lake for the final ceremony, the full mandap installation was unveiled to the couple for the first time — no walkthrough, no preview, just the moment itself.

05

Client Reaction

"Exactly the feeling we wanted, times ten," the couple told us afterward. Their families are already asking who's planning the next one.

A Product Launch Built for Investors — Bengaluru, Karnataka

Bengaluru, Karnataka · 250 guests

A Product Launch Built for Investors

01

Concept

Verve needed their flagship product launch to read as credible to institutional investors and exciting to press — in the same room, at the same time.

02

Planning

We scripted the evening minute-by-minute: a keynote arc, a product reveal sequence, and a networking lounge designed to keep investor conversations going long after the stage lights dimmed.

03

Execution

Our production team ran a full AV rehearsal inside an 18-hour setup window, with contingency hardware staged and a dedicated stage manager calling every cue live.

04

Final Reveal

The product reveal was timed to a single lighting cue — the stage darkened, then rebuilt around the product itself as the keynote closed.

05

Client Reaction

The company closed a funding round within the week. The CEO called the room's energy a turning point in investor conversations.

A Traditional Wedding, Reimagined — Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Chennai, Tamil Nadu · 600 guests

A Traditional Wedding, Reimagined

01

Concept

Two families, two regional traditions, one wedding — the brief was to honor both sets of customs in full, without either feeling like the supporting act.

02

Planning

Months before the date, we sat with both families' priests to map every ritual in sequence, then designed décor and catering that respected each tradition's specific customs rather than blending them into something generic.

03

Execution

On the day, our team ran twelve separate rituals in sequence for 600 guests, coordinating two regional cuisines and a reception that carried both families' visual languages into one shared design.

04

Final Reveal

The kalyana mandapam was fully dressed only hours before the ceremony began — fresh flowers, brass accents, and both families' colors woven into a single canopy.

05

Client Reaction

Both grandmothers, from opposite ends of the ceremony, said the same thing afterward: exactly as it should be.
